Evolution is a biology kind of belief while creationism is the religious kind of belief.

Those who believes in creationism believes that "god" was the one who created everything or due to some divine intervention (which also means the same thing) that things were created. Either way, it means that if there is no superior in this world, nothing would have been created.

Those who believes in evolution believes that everything comes from nature. In the early stages, the nature allows living things to live by already having the necessary condition. However, as time passes, the nature changes and the organisms begin to mutate to suit the environment and continue living there and then.

Personally, I would say that everything comes from RNA and then it slowly changes into DNA and then cells and then so on and so forth. Neither theory seems to entirely back me up but that's how I think life began.

Evolution is based on the idea of that over time, traits that allow creatures to survive and reproduce will replace those that are not as effective -- natural selection. This is the most basic summary of evolution which is a broad theory with extensive supporting information.

Biblical Creationism (not the only doctrine of creationism) explains the universe and life throught the Book of Genesis.

Evolution - Once the Earth was devoid of all life forms, and there was a chemical reaction, most likely coupled with some type of electrical charge, that created some semblance of life. Eventually, this led to mutli-cellular organisms, which finally led to different types of animals. Most people think Evolution means "we came from Monkeys". Not so. What evolution says is that somewhere down the line, monkeys, and other humanoid life forms, shared a common ancestor. According to Evolution, we change, or adapt, in order to survive.

Creationism, teaches that God created all life forms, in one day.

Evolution is a scientific theory that describes the observable data regarding lifes variation and is suported by observable fact. it does not, and never has attemped to explain the origin of life.

Creationsim is a faith based belief that explains both the origin of life and lifes variations as an act of God.

The differ in that:

Evolution is based on the scientific method and principles of proof through observation, while Creationism is based on faith. Faith can best be described as belief that is not based on observable fact.

The theory of evolution is based upon scientific research and tested theories. While not something that can be simply proven it is accepted by pretty much the entire scientific body of the planet.

Creationisim is based on the principle of "we don't know how it works, so we'll make something up." Its accepted by a large portion of the planet based purely on the premise of 'they told us it was right.' These are the same people that told them the earth was the center of the universe and repressed scientists that proved that was not the case.

Evolution is stupid. It's a theory that everything that exists just popped out of the air one day. and then some more complicated stuff. and Creation is kind of self-explanitory. It's the other theory (the true one) that everything was created over time which is proven true by the first ten words in the Bible.
