Feeder goldfish are not only bad nutriution for oscars, but they are almost always diseased when they come from the store. You don't want to feed your fish disease. Cichlid pellets are the best food for them.

Most feeder fish are kept in poor conditions and not well fed. So their nutritional value is minimal.
I hope you are aware that oscars will get 10-12" long as adults and for 4 of them you'll need to have a 180 gallon tank at a minimum.

I don't have website but I use a guppy breeder that I got at the pet store. I feed my oscars these guppy for growth and color enhancement. Be careful not to over feed tho, oscars grow very quickly. I went from 20 gal. to 50 gal. tank in about 3 months.
