if its on your birth certificate,,use it only for legal reason's...I dropped using it when I sign anything,,,,,,I suppose you could keep using it for respect for your father,,thats your choice

if he wants to. he will always be the junior as his father past his name down to his son. the father even though deceased is still the senior. the son will always be the junior. if the junior has a son and he passes his name on to the son then the son would be the third. simple answer

Yes. My husband is a "third" and his grandfather, the "senior" has been dead for many years. My husband's father is still listed as "junior".

It's part of your legal name, so it stays with you no matter what happens to the Senior
