I know the reasons why Artest and Iverson left their teams, but I still do not understand why Carter left. The only thing I know, is that it had nothing to do with him playing in Toronto, Canada, but what was the real reason then?

Carter (my favorite player) left Toronto because his team wasn't getting anywhere. He felt that the GM wasn't doing anything about it either. Every year he had to do it himself with no help from his teammates. When carter was in the Raptors, Chris Bosh wasn't near as good as he is today. So he made the right decision to leave Toronto and go to a team that ACTUALLY CARES.

Well he left because he was tired of losing, but he will never be given any closer in Toronto just because the way he left. I could understand that he was upset but to just slack off and shoot shots for fun and never try hard well he deserves booing for life from the Raptors fans. If your not going to try don't play, it's as simple as that.

tracy leave toronto because he don't want to be just a shadow of vince , he wants a team that called his own because he believes he has a talent. and carter leave toronto because he wants a team with another basketball superstar that will lead them to the champ!
