Not necessarily. Some women get extremely sensitive after climax, so it might not be comfortable for them. Some also lose lubrication, so they end up trying to rush it along. I would suggest more foreplay.

In my opinion and experience, men (not all and not everytime) are not as hard after they come and for a women it is easier to climax while the men is still very erect. Orgasm is also more intense that way.
It's always hard to communicate this to a man in a very honest open way without hurting his feelings or sexual ego.

Maybe things feel very good to her right after she gets her release. She may enjoy the man's excitement more at that point.
After she relaxes she may begin to feel discomfort and wants things to end quickly. At least she is making sure he enjoys it too.
