I am a woman and I will tell you what I've been bugging my husband to get me: Victoria's Secret Dream Angel's Heavenly perfume. It is fantastic! Get her a small bottle and maybe a $20 gift card there too. Spend about fifty bucks on her total (if that's in your price range). She can then get something fancy to wear for you (if you are of age to be doing things as such) and smell good while she's wearing it.

Find out what she likes. Whatever you get, put some thought into it. Does she have any hobbies? Who's her favorite musician? Make it personal. Jewelry, candy, flowers, and perfume are all good, but superficial. You have to get to her heart.
