My daughter is one of the nicest people you'd ever meet. It doesn't matter if she's straight or butch. She is a nice person and that's all that matters. Open your mind dude.

well if she is just dressing like a dude i wouldnt have a problem. but if she wanted to be a "he-woman" i would ask that she thought about it and discussed the issue with a close and loving family member. if the need continues i guess there shouldnt be anything to hold her(or is it him?) back.

What's wrong with finding ones own style? If my daughter was old enough (and mature enough), she would be entitled to make her own decision. You want to control her or help her become the person she wants to become? We do the best we can and when they are grown, the rest is up to them.

I have two daughters.
and I 'let them' be whoever they want to be....
they are who they are.
no matter what I have to say about it.
but if I could (or even wanted to try to)
'control' who they were,
I wouldn't care one flip if they wanted to be butch or not.
I love them no matter what.
besides,
think of the bright side of having a butch daughter:
she's not likely to come home knocked-up, right?

i have 2 daughters and i would let them express them selves how ever they wanted to, and love them no matter what just as i would if any of my sons told me that they were homosexuals, i would not change my feelings for them

I hope you have the the biggest, butchiest daughter. I hope she grows up to be a truck driver and has a full fledged beard.

I would definately let her express herself and if she wanted to be manly so what. The world wont come to an end because of it. Chill and let her be herself!
