Someone said the amount should be the size of your pinky fingernail...that seems like too little. I've been feeding them more...but how much is too much!?!?! They're not dead yet so that's a good sign. Help!

You should fish your fish nothing more than they'll eat completely in 10-15 seconds.

Even less if they are in a bowl or small tank.

Read the instructions that come with the food. It usually says something like 2 or 3 times daily and only as much as they can consume in 3 minutes. Clean out the rest of the uneaten food.

I think that you should feed your fish only once every two days. I heard that under feeding your fish tend to have a healthier. I think the decision is yours. You can limit your self not to feed too much when the water starts to get cloudy.

i think a pinky fingernail is enough, even if your fish are alive the food they don't eat is rotting their skin but you just don't see it, but you can continue giving them a lot of food, just as long as you clean the tank one a month.
