I can't get to internet options from anywhere. And i can't run any spyware scans, when i say run it pops up and goes away. Any help would be appreciated. I have windows XP

You can go into internet options from the control panel?

If not then, your computer has somekind of spyware or virus on it. Below, I have put a link to McAfee's Stinger. This is a free download this will scan your computer and remove viruses, trojans and other variants. .. Now it might not get rid of what you have on your computer but it is good to have. If it doesn't get rid of it then you need to use a spyware program.

What's the error when you try to get into internet options?

Try going through IE:
Open Internet Explorer,
Click Tools
Click Internet Options

OR
Download Mozilla Firefox and then uninstall Internet explorer.
