Since about sunday night I have had a sore throat and what feels like a bump. Although most of it may just be physcological, I get almost no sleep and worry constantly that I may have cancer. Though I have smoked irregularly and lightly, the guilt and fear of the disease is so gripping it's ruining my holidays entirely. I have seen a nurse about it and she thinks that it's just allergies. I just had a cold/ flu for a couple of days last week too. I am only 21 and am perfectly healthy otherwise. What are the odds that this is something serious or am I just being paranoid? As for my terrible habits, this experience has frightened me to the point I will definatly quit. Thanks for your help
