Maybe you should talk with your doctor... There are prescriptions out there that are meant to regulate your period AND promote ovulation, unlike birth control, which tells your body NOT to ovulate. Two that I know of are Clomid and Metformin... Not all that familiar with them, but I have done some research and plan to ask my doctor about it soon... Been ttc for 7 months... A friend of mine was ttc for 6 months, her doctor put her on Metformin, and 5 weeks later she got a BFP. Best of luck!

I too have same problem. Having irregular period, sometime twice a year. But when I consulted doctor and did my blood work, they said I did ovulate many time. Having no period does not mean that you are not ovulating. You probably have to buy Ovulation prediction kit or study your body temperature using BBT method . This may help you to understand your ovulation. But also keep in mind irregualar or no peroid may be one of the reason for infertilty not the only reason for infertility. There are many factors involved. Good Luck...Keep faith on you.

Before I got pregnant, I never got periods. Then one day I felt different. I took a test and realized I was pregnant. So yes, I'd have to say it is possible.

Getting pregnant is not dependent on menstruation, but ovulation. You should check with your doctor and see if you are ovulating or not. Although rare, some women do ovulate but don't have periods.
