not sure on the websites. I like to make a lemon chicken dish.
use chicken legs or breast.
lemons(sliced), table spoon or more of parsley,cumin,garlic or powder. cube a tomato,onion & potato. put into a pot or pressure cooker. fill w/ water to cover chicken or contents. then add a little vineger & salt. then boil. reduce heat,cover and let simmer for a good 45 min. or untill vegies are tender and chicken is well cooked.
can be served w/ couscous. you can probably find this in a box at most grocery stores,near the rice.
