Green Bay Packers. I went to a game in San Francisco and the Pack fans had almost the same number of fans as the Niners. There are pack fans all over the country. They are liked because 1)How can you not like Favre and 2) They are owned by the city and will never move.

Bills, by craziness. Even Green Bay's crowds weren't as crazy as Bills fans. They'll cheer for the Bills if they're losing 40-0 to the Bears (Joke. But still, they did go crazy in Buffalo).
