Yeah, like if you're talking about commercial products that come with some type of instruction guides, the maker of the product will sometimes leave the guides very vague intentionally so as to rip off the customer, since they would have had to buy the product to read the guide.

Yes i have had trouble like this...for instance when i recieved my first cell phone i wanted to know everything about it but the manual wouldnt explain certain features on it...this happened with my Mp3 player also and it said for you to check out the website if you have any problems understanding the guide so i did and it didnt have anything on the website about the Mp3 player except for what you read about it like specifications and such...so yes it does get very frustrating to me.

Yeah, I find that the yahoo help guide is about as useful as a condom with a hole in each end.....
