I have geckos living in my house, because I see & hear them. Would they eat my dogs biscuits if I leave it out at night & do they leave droppings, like a mouse. Do I have a mouse or gecko problem?

Sounds to me that you may have both mice and geckos. Geckos will eat live food, mice eat the dog food.
Mose droppings are dark in colour and tapered at one end. Mice also urinate.
Gecko droppings will normally be dark with a white blob attached to it or sitting on top of it. Very similar to bird droppings. The gecko does not urinate and the white part of the dropping is the body disposing of urea, which we usually dispose of by urinating.
Mouse droppings turn up on the floor under the fridge and places like that. Gecko droppings can often be seen stuck to walls or window ledges and sometimes on window panes.
To make sure though, set a mouse trap or two.

If you have a mouse, you will see droppings. I don't know about geckos. Maybe you can do some research on those online or at the library. That may help you identify whether or not it's a gecko.
I have no idea if geckos eat dog biscuits, but a mouse definitely would.
Good luck.

It may a couple of things, the tank may be not at recommended heat. If you have other females they may be competing over food. Your gecko may also be bored of the food you give her. Keep trying there has to be a reason she isn't feeding. You have to feed her rite after she laid her eggs. He body needs supplement after holding those eggs. My advice is to increase the temperature in the tank and wait about 2 days after wards. If there is another female in there then get her out when you feed, or when ever it is necessary. This isn't recommend but keep the food in there for the night. If she doesn't eat then try a different food source. You could also move some things around in her viv. Like change the locations of her hides and water dish. Make it a little more interesting, animals need a little enrichment. When they walk around the same area all the time , they tend to get stressed and stress causes appetite loss. Good Luck!

Unlike rodents ... Reptiles do not carry bacteria and germs that can hurt you ... To make a long story short ... Your better off having a lizard in your house over bugs ... The only thing that may be a problem is if they die , just like anything ... It would smell .
