I have a picture that is like 1000 X 1120 pixel size. How do I get the photo to 300 X 320. I use kodak and adobe photo software. Thanks!! Merry Christmas!!

Use Microsoft Paint | Image | Stretch & Skew
I think somewhere around 30% stretch will do it.

Use photoshop

Go to edit / (then)


Image Size
choose Pixels 300 / 320

you must uncheck the constrain proportions box

In PhotoShop, with the image on screen, go to Image / Image Size and enter the new pixel values you want.

Why would you want to reduce the resolution of the photo's?

Do you mean you want to reduce the size of a photo?

Most e-mail, with photo's sent as attachments, can handle your photo's.
