i am hoping i can hook up games consoles through my graphics card... i am running windows xp pro - is this just plug an play or what - i dont have a clue lol >??

Are you sure it is s-video in? Many graphics cards now have s-video out so you can hook your computer up to a TV. I have a card that has inputs and outputs and I have a program that I can use to hook up things like game consoles or vcr/dvd players. You will need to run this program then select the s-video input to view the video.

It's just the S-video output to tv if you want to use your PC on the TV.

S-video will output to a television with S-video inputs.

usually its for s-video out only so you can hook it up to a TV.
