You know what I do? I make a great hot chocolate (every morning) using 8 oz. 1% milk, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa, stevia natural sugar substitute, equivalent sweetness of 1 tsp sugar, and a shake of powdered cinnamon. It's oustanding, healthy and low calorie. Cocoa is wonderful for you, and it should solve your craving. I also make whipped topping with heavy cream, stevia and sugar-free vanilla (very high in fat, though).
You could probably use Splenda or something, but I don't like anything unnatural. Good luck!

Hey, i heard that more than one research showed that eating choclate might be beneficial to your health, however in moderate amounts i do not how much choclate you eat. if you do eat a lot you might have a problem and you should try snacking on a fruit instead if you feel like eating choclate. You can also visit this nutrition site for more info.

You could try adding mega doses of water soluble Vitamin B complex, to compensate for the antidepressant qualities in chocolate. You could try chocolate substitutes, even without sugar, and sometimes get enough of the taste to keep you going while you are in withdrawal from it, but cola or coffee will simply substitute the addiction.

allow yourself a certain amount, every other day,, and perhaps mix it with nuts,,,,of any type,,,,,,, then add in a little extra exercise on the days you eat it, say 15 minutes, even if its jumping up dancing during tv commercials or every half hour while on the computer,,,,, dieting, for life, isnt about denying yourself anything, its about learning how your body works, and adjusting to the things you wish to eat/indulge in

Eat about one ounce of dark chocolate daily. That much of that type of chocolate isn't so bad for you and it will make you feel less deprived and less likely to cheat.

don't completely give it up. Pace yourself, and try some diet chocolate. I know it sounds gross, but sugar free chocolate really isn't all that bad. And if you turn out thinking that sugar free chocolate is all that bad, maybe you'll stop liking chocolate
