Well, it's not a sentence. It's a fragment... so to make it into a sentence, add a verb and maybe some more words to complete the thought. Also, it would be tresses, not tress.
The girl with the beautifully flowing tresses, darker than night itself, ... (what did the girl do?)
Example:
The girl with the beautifully flowing tresses, darker than night itself, raced to the bus stop to meet her friends.
The only other thing that's bothering me is the "darker than night itself" part. It's grammatically correct, but it seems unclear; it almost seems like the girl is darker than night itself, instead of her tresses. You could try rearranging the words or adding words to clarify.
Example:
The girl with the beautifully flowing tresses that were darker than night itself raced to the bus stop to meet her friends.
Though that sentence is a bit wordy. Keep editing it until you feel it's perfect. :)

No. It is incomplete. Needs an action word at the end.
What about the girl with the beautiful flowing tress?? End your sentence

Put a comma after "tress"? I think "dress" and you're set

it doesn't make sense. you could say "The girl with the beautiful, flowing trees, was darker than night itself" or something.
