Hello, Friends! i need help to remember to tounge(because i often use my lips instead) any tips? and i need help playing Really High Notes... like above the staffs... Really high! any ideas or tips?

The more you narrow your lips the higher the notes you can produce. Your tongue has nothing to do with how you play trombone, its all in the lips.
