Well we obviously don't know what you have on hand so I can't recommend a specific thing that you already have. Just go to a store like Home Depot or Ace hardware and ask for the best glue remover that is save for car paint. There are many products that will do this and the best way to find one is to go to the store and ask.

The best thing to use is rubbing alcohol. It breaks up the glue without taking off the paint.

I'd use Goo-Gone or Oops, which are both available at Wal-Mart.

You could use Pepsi, but don't leave it on a long time.

Also might try heating it up with a hairdryer and scraping at it carefully with an old credit card.

GooGone works good. Do check inconspicuous place so as not to remove paint. This has been used on a truck and did not affect the paint.

I would think using a little Crisco oil on the spots would work, but I don't know if it would damage to the paint.

There is a product that scrapbooking people use that may work, they use it to remove stickers from thier scrapbooks if they need to. It should be a fairly gental product. Here's a link

Rub a little peanut butter into the goop, it might work, it works great on getting gum out of hair :)

This is going to sound realy weird, but, here goes, put mayonaise on it, let it sit overnight, and wipe it off in the morning.
