The only problem that might occur is that globs of molten metal would have a tendency to float away and burn a hole in your spacesuit if you're not careful.

RE:
can you weld steel in outer space and what happens?

Yes, I think that the majority of metals that are used in space are not steel though, it is very heavy compared to similar strength metals. It is so common on earth because it is relatively cheap to produce.

I think that the penetrative gases that are used here can be used in space for MiG welding, the nozzle pressure may need some serious adjustments, or maybe different types of gases may need to be used in non atmospheric conditions.

No offence but to the previous person who answered but you are indeed wrong. I was a production welder at Lincoln Electric and am NOW in our Automation Devision (robotic welding).
There is no reason you shouldnt be able to arc weld in space. You DONT want oxygen near your weld when arc welding as it causes porosity and poor/weak welds. However wire feed welding may not pe possible as the gases you use actually help create penatration in the weld.

Did not anyone inform you that humans are already colonized on other bodies of mass other than on and inside of the earth? But first, think about rapture within any other forms of spiritual belief. I guess it would be said that most cultures believe in 'the end of days', but just becoming true is how. I don't know the bible at all, nor do I claim to be a major in anything, but think about it this way. The rapture says that god will come back, take the pure and purge the sinful, right? So, the question isn't where you are in "gods" universe, but what cultures mysticism would you take as truth?

Yes you can and easier than on earth. As there is no air in space, welding with electricity would not need inert gasses or special welding rods.

According to the bible, the rapture only takes place on earth. Therefore, the people that are in outer space and away from earth would not have to go through the rapture.
