The natural oils in your own hair will remove the sap. I'm kidding, that question just reminded me of what we used to tell carpenter apprentices on the job when one would ask. I have seen more than one guy with his sticky hands stuck to his head. Those guys didn't do that again. Seriously, most of the previous answers will work to remove sap/pitch from your hands.
