How does it feel being drunk?

I used to smoke and drink, but have stopped both. Being drunk isn't all that fun. A lot of times people do very stupid things and also become violent while drunk. Plus you get so sick the day after that you actually wish you had never drank in the first place. As for smoking, it was peer pressure in school that made me start and I ended up smoking for 24 years. Because of smoking I almost died one time. Thank goodness my father and I were right near a hospital and he whizzed me into emergency and I got the help I needed.
I've been sober for 12 years now and smoke-free for 14 years. Both are addicting. Course you probably already know that. By the way, the sensation of being drunk is dependent on the person. For me it felt like the world was spinning around me and it also got rid of my inhibitions. I regret that part of my life very much.

I smoke, but am trying to quit (my new years resolution) and I drink in moderation. That is not to say that i haven't gotten drunk (and still do on ocassion) but not very often.
How does it feel? Well pretty good while you are doing it, but it feels like hell the next day.

No I don't drink, got tired of stumbling around, puking and not remembering what I did the night before. Still smoke, no sense to it but am trying to quit.

Being drunk is fun until the next day or even later that night when you puke into the lap of the hot blonde you've been tailing all night...and then you wake up puking some more and your head feels like it's going to explode.

I don't smoke because it tastes horrible and makes you stink. I don't drink because you usually regret having gotten drunk when you feel horrible and maybe regret something you did or said.

Yes I smoke, because I like to, though it IS taking it's toll. I used to drink a lot in the Navy, it was fun, but I was also very lucky. I'm still alive to remember the good times, thank God!

No way! My health isn't worth the damage they do to my body! And kissing someone who smokes is sooooooooooooooooooooo gross!! It's like kissing an ashtray! YUCK!! And, if you are depressed, drinking will only make things worse since it is a depressant.
Anyway, I don't, and won't, do these things. I value my body and health way too much to damage it that much.

I am 27 years old and i have never drank before. So i do not know what it is like to be drunk.
I do smoke, i guess i smoke because i am addicted to it.

I stopped drinking 3 years ago. I'm down to 5 cigs a day..

I don't smoke and i cant drink, there's no one here to take care of the kids. but i miss it.
