How do you perform ASTRAL PROJECTION?

My mum purchased very expensive tapes. They basicly walk you through it. It can be dangerous if you suddenly wake up, or leave your body open for other spirits to get into. I highly believe in it, though. I don't think it's rubbish!

I think it's all rubbish! But if your interested you should look up sleep analysis/paralysis...
