Fred Meyers, but I think they're only on the west coast. Their stuff is for little girls, but it's SO adorable. Not my style, but an adult could wear it.
I got some really nice more sophisticated ones for someone in an office gift pick once at Macy's back east, think that most department stores sell them.

forever 21 is my favorite store they will have cute hair accessories also you would be surprised but drugstores have some cute things too.. like CVS hope this helps!

if you live in ind. there is this place called kids creations on harrison street i think it is a town called shipshewana or something like that they have really cute ones also sell like baby clothes and bigger kids clothes cutie socks and dolls you can even make a doll to look like you they may be on the internet.....
