I had this experience riding a bus once. It was totally trippy. I was seeing myself as I was still myself, but I actually saw myself as others see me. It freaked me out.

Absolutely. You have to forget about focusing on trying to make it happen. You have to relax and just let it happen. You could use some mediatation techniques, or self-hypnosis. Reduce all empotional and intellectual noise until you arrive at the silence of yourself, and listen to it.

I've done it before, slightly, but what's the point? To get me to do something, you have to give it a purpose. I see no reason to try it or go deeper into all that, though I probably could very easily, I just don't see a point. That's kinda what mirrors are like for.

Its complete bs. And if they tell you different, tell them there is a guy offering $1 million to anyone that can do ANYTHING paranormal or supernatural. Guess what? He still has his million bucks....hmmmmm.

sleep paralysis; I've experienced this once a couple months ago.
Possibly one of the most terrifying events you could go through.

yes, it's the 2nd level of sleep - look into sleep analysis and you will even progress to meditation, and self-hypnosis
