he had a band and I don't want him to sing while suffering in his tonsilitis please help guys!!!!!!!! what could I do to help him???????
he said his tonsils are getting weak....

=my boyfriend is a singer as well and after he had his tonsils out he was much better. His doctor also prescribed him a spray that he uses before he sings and it works very well. Happy holidays.

The best thing for "you" to do is, be there to support him. The best thing for "him" to do is see a doctor. A lot of times when the tonsils get inflammed so much- they usually have it cut out. A person doesn't really need them. Good luck.

#1 he should not be singing with a sore throat-- he strains to hit the notes, that irritates the vocal cords and can cause alot of damage. Have him drink some hot tea with honey in it ---it will soothe the soarness---but he still should not be singing.
