I would like to know what the average salary for training everyday people (not in a company environment) but at their homes, on computers, internet, programs, etc. This is part of my business that I am offering. I can't find any info on this. I have tried salary.com but didn't see the title of the position. Or is there another name for this job? Please help me, I would appreciate this very much.

There's not a straight answer for this as there are too many variables. If you have a CompUSA near you, you can call and ask what they charge for what you do. I think Best Buy charges $100 to have someone deliver a new PC to your home and set it up, then $25 an hour to show you how to use it.

it all depends on the type of training you are providing. training for MS Office should cost a person a lot less than training for MS Visual Basic. the more complex the technology the more you can charge.

That would probably fall under tutoring. My best suggestion is to come up with a fair price that you feel your time and knowledge is worth.
