im 12 yrs old and since i was 10 i always wanted to use one. i feel that im psychic and i live in australia, so ouija boards arent that common. should i do it or not? storries any1? i need to know.

The Ouija board is just a piece of compressed wood, sold at virtually all toy stores and occult supply and book stores. Ouija is a combination of two words: "oui" and "ja" which mean "yes" in French and German respectively. The board itself is not dangerous but the form of communication that you are attempting often is.
Most often the spirits whom are contacted through the Ouija are those whom reside on "the lower astral plane". These spirits are often very confused and may have died a violent or sudden death; murder, suicide, etc. Therefore, many violent, negative and potentially dangerous conditions are present to those using the board. Often times several spirits will attempt to come through at the same time but the real danger lies when you ask for physical proof of their existence! You might say, "Well, if you're really a spirit, then put out this light or move that object!" What you have just done is simple, you have "opened a doorway" and allowed them to enter into the physical world and future problems can and often do arise.
I would strongly advise against the use of the Ouija, automatic writing or séances. If you don't happen to be lucky or unlucky enough (depends on how you look at it) to contact any ghosts, then if nothing else, you could become emotionally attached or dependent on the board's advice. This can be psychologically adverse on the psyche as you will attempt to get more and more information out of the board and you could actually just be using the board as an avenue to the inside of your own mind without realizing it. In other words, you could be asking questions of the board and then your subconscious mind would be using the planchette to answer your own questions! This often happens to those people who use the board by themselves.

You are not psychic. This is the case for the very simple reason that no one is psychic. There is nothing in the laws of physics which allows for, much less implies, a whole new undiscovered force that is somehow controlled by human thoughts. Similarly, ouija boards are just what they look like: Carved pieces of wood with paint on them. Sorry to shatter any dreams you had, but hey, the truth isn't always nice and that doesn't keep it from being the truth.

When I was a teenager me and my best friend in our rebellious years used a Ouija to try and conjure up the devil or a demon to do our bidding or get possessed like the Exorcist to get back at our parents. We tried it numerous times and nothing!
I'm laughing thinking about it now! We would drape our room all in black and light candles and wear cloaks and hoods.

They are evil and you are inviting something into your life that you will regret. God gives you the gift of being psychic, but that has nothing to do with a Ouija board.

I don't believe in ouija boards, the ones you buy in stores are really more of a sortof comercial project. Make your own out of a pendulum and a peice of paper it uses energy aroudn the pendulum to communicate. Plus it's generally cheeper then the crappy boards. good luck.

You sound a bit nervous about using the board. You may be right. Using the board makes you feel uncertain so don't do it. If you feel psychic, read about it and learn some more before using the board - trust your concern.

I don't really think most Ouija board's work. If you do find an authentic one please be careful. If you feel the slightest discomfort stop using it. You can always go back to it later. You should try doing some mental exercises and meditation to enhance whatever psychic abilities you have.

Come on, are you serious? I'm amazed by how many people believe in this stuff. You're not contacting spirits. Its a toy at best. There wont be any demons or anything like that coming to your doorstep. Anyone who tells you different just hasn't grown up like the rest of us.

don't do it! an Ouija boards will invite all types of spirits into your some good most bad and it will be very hard to get rid of them its like a spirits portal and you'll never know what you'll get so please leave them alone! especially if you don't know what you are doing

NO..do NOT use one. I know of two experinces with ouija boards, one concerned my bro and I was involved in the other. they asre a tool used for pure evil. if you want more info IM me later
