if you do trial by jury 12 people have to agree , if you choose to do it by trial by judge then you have to let him choose

Basically: It secures the right of everyone to have an impartial jury declare their innocence or guilt before said person is thrown into a prison.

Guess the jury would be the way to go.

jury trials are for criminal proceedings (ie rape, murder, homicide, extorsion, etc etc)

12 membes of your peers sit in on a trial and they determine guilt or innocence.
