It is an impossible task. Whenever you figure out what is going on she will change the whole deal, it a rat-maze, with no exit. For women, men are very simple. All we need is a cold beer and sex. That is all, nothing more, except a good football game. You see, the beer is drank to the bottom and is gone, the football game is played for 4 periods of 15 minutes each and is over, and sex lasts for 2 minutes then we have another beer and by then half time is over so the rest of the game can be enjoyed.

The nature has invented gender difference long ago; and most species are like this, because it’s useful for species to survive and develop! The assignment of males much differs from that of females, and I don’t mean top/bottom stuff. The natural selection implies its probes-and-errors on males, leaving females to fix useful mutations. The misunderstanding and underestimation of each other is a byproduct of gender difference. So ‘hazel-marie’ girl is 100% right! The rule “we just got to put up with the bastards the way they are” is right for us both.

OK...first off, we aren't a whole different SPECIES from men. Same species, different gender.
Second, to answer your question...no, men will never fully understand women. I think a lot of men try, but each human being has a unique perspective, only part of which is colored by gender. So it's hard enough to understand someone who shares genes similar to you, let alone someone whose makeup is completely different.
But I think we should all keep trying.

whats wrong, cant figure out why your girl doesn't like you small microscopic dick? I have heard that men like you find it helpfull to tie a string around your cock so when you need to take a piss all you will have to do is find the string instead of carrying around a magnifying glass..
