Hey Wolf,
If you are serious about starting a family, I suggest you contact your physician and make him aware of your plans. I'm sure he will tell you of different ways he can help get you pregnant. Always seek professional help in these types of situations.
Good luck!
Peace

Well you haven't provided much information here. It takes the average healthy couple up to a year to conceive. You need to make sure you're having sex at the times that you're most fertile. If you've been trying for at least a year then go to your doctor and have both of you checked out. Read up on charting your basal body temperature to learn the patterns of your cycles to find out when you're ovulating. Fertilityfriend.com is good for that. There are a lot of things you can do to increase your chances, but without knowing what you've been trying it's hard to give you much advice.

Relax...honestly, relax. With our second baby, we were trying for a few months (when I say trying, I was basically keeping track of my period and when I thought I would be ovulating). The one month we didn't try...It was Halloween night and I knew we needed to 'baby dance' if I wanted to get pg that month. I was so exhasted from the night's events, I said FORGET IT, there is always next month...well, wouldn't you know, that was the month I got pg. So my suggestion is just to relax...and if that doesn't work, after a year or better of trying, I would consult your dr. Good luck!!

Have you tried talking dr? There are now at home fertilization charts and temp takers you can use. But mostly I would say relax and enjoy your hubby. That's the best way to make a baby.

After trying many other techniques tracking my ovulation times, my doctor told us just to stop trying to track it and to have sex every other day. It worked after 6 weeks... we were pregnant.

Have a sexual intercourse. That's one way. Another way's in-vitro fertilization. That's all I know.
