Who cares? It is not legitimate to obsess about another person's gender. If someone makes any effort to appear like a member of a certain gender, then only treat them as a member of that gender. There is no need to find out someone's "real" gender or born sex, especially if you don't intend to have sex with them.

He's a born male, who's a Drag performer. Pre or post op, I'm sure SHE prefers being called "she" when in "her" Jeffree Star personna.
