It depends.. I know it can affect your sleeping pattern so I would say yes (you tend to eat more in the evenings and less in the day).

A little bit but it will not harm you like cigarettes do. For some good reading either google or yahoo up marijuana lung cancer and read the latest studies. Fox news even had some nice compliments about weed. I no longer smoke but sometimes I wish I did. Also, when you quit there is no withdrawal at all. Just do not get high when you work or drive or have similar responsibilities.

I wouldn't want a stoned guy looking after my kid. If he wants to smoke weed, fine, but he should not do it when in sole responsibility for the child. If he has the kid for the weekend, he should be able to cope for a couple of nights without getting wasted. Make this a condition. if he can't lay off for a couple of days, then he has a problem and needs help. On the bright side, his use of cannabis before the conception of the child should not cause any damage to the baby, so as long as you can persuade him not to smoke it while around your baby there should be no problem as far as health goes.

Yes, it makes you eat a lot and you usually don't care what it is. It also burns out your brain cells at a rate that they don't come back. That's why heavy pot smokers don't do much, they sit around and eat or drink and watch the world go by. they usually don't have much to talk about unless they are just laughing and acting stupid because they really have problems solving problems or doing anything constructive. Look up the problems with it. Of course, if you have a disease and are having pain and no appetite it may have a better effect than other drugs. Make no mistake, it is a drug and not to be used without reason.

Here in Oregon it is legal for people like me to have.
One thing that is good about it, it does make one want to eat. I have never had the opposite effect. I can go a LONG time without eating and it is not good.
So if you are using it for your health, make sure what you are eating is healthy.
If you are using for entertainment then well, guess you will get over weight in a hurry?
Also someone had to tell me (new to using it) that when someone eats it takes away from the stuff in it that makes pain go away....or the high.....

Get legal....

yes it makes you appetite enhancer that's why it is used to help aids, cancer, and ms patients, it has many pros, doesn't kill like alcohol does, and I'm so tired of people saying it causes you to do nothing and accomplish nothing, i have a good job, do many sports that require and immense amount of precision and energy and I handle it fine, it hits everyone different the same people that shouldn't drink shouldn't smoke, if it's not your thing fine but don't rain on our parade, people have been stepping out on wall street, in Washington d.c., and other places people of power with high up jobs that smoke, which proves people can smoke responsibly anyone who can't doesn't deserve to smoke
