I personally don't see what the fascination is for Rod Stewart singing the classics!! Not that I don't like him singing his own music in his own craggy style, but I do not think he has done justice to any of the old classics. I agree that his "Downtown train" is a particularly loathsome rendition of this song!!

The original is better. Rod likes to take songs and mangle them!
