I'm on 110mb.com. They're a ad-free webhosting service and offer 2GB space. Have daily backups also. And truly one of the best online if you compare what they offer to even paid hosting providers. Read their homepage and 110mb.com/plans.php, then decide if they're what you're looking for. They don't use cPanel.
You can have your own subdomain like: you.110mb.com, or (if you registered) your own domain like: www.you.com
I personally totally recommend them.
