I'm having a problem with incredimail, help?

I can receive some e-mail but I can't send any. It tells me I need 530 authentication?

Go to Tools -> Accounts and choose the right account
Go to Properties
Go to Server tab
Check the box that says "My server requires authentication"
In Settings "use same as my incoming mail server"
