A trailer.

Pretty much anything pulled by a vehicle will at some point be called a trailer.

If it runs on it's own we call them RVs.

Hi, To to-- We call it a trailer also, not a bonnet or kidney pie or bangers and mash or other endearing phrase from your side of the pond.
