I support the troops but not the War. This is a War that has been planned for years. It is a pretext to the final stages of new world order.
As for the troops, if you really support them then speak out against the government. Many of our seriously injured troops are being forced to pay their own way home, and there hospital bills. Also they are not being compensated for a lifetime of disability.

Yes, very much so. I remember the feeling of isolation when I was in Vietnam and the US did not support either the Democrats running the government or the troops. Not very nice...

We live in a representative republic, which means we elect people to make those decisions for us. This is not a democracy where everyone gets to vote on everything.
I support our troops 100%. I also support our President, even though at times he has been a bonehead. Regardless of your political position you need to support President Bush, as he is our leader. We do not know exactly what is going on over there. We only know what we are being told on television. We can trust this President to do what is necessary to protect us, and that is what his job is all about.
I also support the mission. I also believe that Hussein HAD weapons of mass destruction, and I think they were moved before we were able to get them. I think they went into Syria. I also think that there are still weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Iraq is the size of Texas. We have 150,000+/- troops in Iraq. Do the math--how long would it take to search EVERY square inch of the country. Remember, you would need to dig down for thousands of feet, you would have to open every wall (there are some weapons of mass destruction that would fit in a vial the size of a pencil--and thats enough to kill hundreds of thousands). It's impossible to search everywhere with the few people we have in the country. President Bush is a man of faith, and his faith is not going to allow him to lie to the people who he has sworn to protect. The Bush haters need to cut him some slack and let him do his job. He is still going to make some bonehead decisions, but his heart is in the right place. Lets back off and let him do his job.

Yes, of course I support the troops of all nations who are overseas fighting for a cause. You are right, they must go where they are sent and did not ask to be sent there unless a request is made.

The best support we could give you would be to get your butt hauled out of there before another one of you gets it shot to hell.
But your leaders see you as expendable. The best we can do is take care of your hospital bills and burial arrangements when and if you get back.
