linkin park, limp bizkit, korn...the entire nu metal genre has the worst songs. the music isn't all that hard, fast, pissed off, or clever as some less mainstream metal or hardcore punk, and it isn't as melodic or catchy as great pop/rock, hip hop, or country songs. I can't really name any one band I could name as the worst, because honestly, even bands I don't like will have at least one pretty good song. but I do think all of nu metal is poor quality music. but it go with limp bizkit as the worst band, and that "who let the dogs out" by the Baha-men as the worst song ever. I can't believe that one girl said devo and "whip it" were the worst. thats a cool revision of the main riff from roy orbison's "pretty woman" and a pretty interesting song alltogether. Devo has also got some other decent songs too.

I was going to say that there are too many horrible excuses for "music" to be able to name just one, or even one hundred, but then I read crystaldragon49's answer, and I just HAVE to agree with that. Rap is so horrible that it needs to be classified as an STD or plague or somesuch as opposed to "music". God Bless you, and thank you crystaldragon49 for your wonderfully accurate answer.
