I have to say the Flamingo. They have an amazing "seafood extravaganza" as well as a beautiful atmosphere that looks out to the falmingos and fish and other little creatures.

The Rio has the best buffet. Its also a very large casino, off the strip, so it won't be as crowded as the ones on the strip. Its also great to stay there b/c all the rooms are suites. If you are already on the strip, you can take a free shuttle from Harrah's. Have fun!

Rio's Villiage Seafood Buffet (Not their Carnival Buffet)
Suncoast has a great Seafood Buffet, too.
Most buffets have a Seafood night on fridays.

Hands down, The Rio! If it swims, it's on the menu! Lobster tails, (my favorite), clams, crabs, shark, you name it. Long lines, but worth it.
