no. Quicken offers a will maker program. you can buy it or download it.

OMG - that's so funny read in parts....
A will is legal with or without a lawyer - however legal advice can help prevent ambiguity and confusion in intrepretation as well as plan for changes in the future, should your situation change before you die. The more money at stake, the more is becomes reasonable to pay for a lawyer.

No. You can find templates on the internet or by legal software from Wal-Mart, Office Depot, etc. that would have samples of fully legal forms you could use. You'd at least need a notary public, I think, if not using a lawyer.
