The bronze chime is the key.
Okay, I was having the same trouble as you earlier. When you went to her site, did you go to the "Enter Accessibility Enabled Version"? If you did, it does not work. You have to click on the British/UK site. Then, following these instructions (took from mugglenet), you should be able to get your key to the lock and play hangman to find out the title.
(From www.mugglenet.com)
Go to JKRowling.com. Click on the eraser on her desk.
1. Click the knob on the open door in the mirror to see the Christmas tree.
2. Click on the top half of the main door to see a wreath.
3. Click on the top of the mirror to reveal garland.
4. They will all go away if you click the spider web next to the mirror.
5. Click on the fourth chime in the window and the key for the door.
6. Drag the key to the door knob to unlock the door.
7. The door opens to reveal a package.
8. When you click the bow, the package will open.
9. Inside is a game of Hangman you can play to guess the title of Book 7!
As the other answers have spoiled it for you, I may as well say it too. The title is "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows".

The bronze chime you see is actually the key, all you have to do is drag the bronze looking chime down over the key hole on the door handle and let go, then after you click the handle once more, the door will open.
Good Luck!

If you go to her home page, click on the eraser and you will be taken to a room — you'll see a window, a door and a mirror.
In the mirror, you'll see a hallway. Click on the farthest doorknob and look for the Christmas tree. They click on the center of the door next to the mirror and a reef appears. Then click on the top of the mirror and you'll see a garland.
Look for a cobweb next to the door. Click on it, and it will disappear. Now, look at the chimes in the window. Click on the second chime to the right, and hold it down. Then release. It turns into a key when you try to drag it to the key hole. The chime will turn into the key, which opens the door. Click on the wrapped gift behind the door, then click on it again and figure out the title yourself by playing a game of hangman.

Dobby and Snape. Fred's death replaced into poor, yet there wasn't a lot time given for it to sink in. there replaced into too a lot action occurring for me to bawl too a lot. Dobby I cried for extremely undesirable. I had continually concept him to be kind of gorgeous with the way that he talked and his loyalty to Harry. I cried very difficult for Snape although. not before everything, because I had concept he replaced into an evil little git until eventually his options were shown. Then I cried extremely undesirable. i have been pondering getting a clean reproduction of Deathly Hallows because extremely of doing the wise element and putting the e book away until eventually I had calmed down, i tried to study on at the same time as crying. I were given more beneficial than some pages moist and the numerous letters are all blurred. D:

Neither Rowling or her publisher has made any statements about a projected date of publication. In a September 13, 2006 entry on her Web site, Rowling mentions taking her manuscript with her on her August trip to New York. She reports that because of security issues, she was almost not allowed to carry her manuscript on board the plane on her return trip to England, but permission was finally granted. She goes on to say that she is now trying to decide between two possible titles for Harry Potter Seven and states, "They would both be appropriate, so I think I'll have to wait until I'm further into the book to decide which one works best." That certainly sounds like she has a long way to go before the manuscript is finished.
