Nobody is going to come to your home studio to cut anything more than a demo. I've got one and have been letting friends and people I know cut demos on it, and I just make them pay me 15-20 an hour. For a four song demo it can take up to 40 hours minimum, you can do the math from there. Just put flyers up on Craigslist.org and at local music stores saying your charging bands studio time for a demo.

You may get results by advertising in a local publication that musicians read. Is there an alternative weekly newspaper in your community? That might be a good place to advertise. Also, create a website that you can promote through your local advertising.
