If you include rookies, they all are. Papelbon of the Red Sox. Chein-mein Wang (second on cy-young)
All make about the baseball minimum wage. Cause they have no power to earn any more.
If you don't include rookies, then its anyones bet.
David Ortiz just earned about 16million over 2004 to 2006.
That is one of the best bargains currently.

Howard and Liriano won't be able to make decent money for a few years.
I'm not sure what the Marlins are waiting for. They should have locked Cabrera up like the Mets did Reyes and Wright.
