It sounds like your iron level might be low. You may want to take some multi-vitamins to get your immune system going better.

How frequent are the nosebleeds? Daily? weekly? How long do they last? A blood pressure check is in order to rule out that both of these symptoms aren't a result of high and untreated blood pressure. If it is ok, try a humidifier this time of year the dry climate can cause nosebleeds. A saline nasal spray also helps to keep the nasal passages moist. But do yourself a favor and get the BP check first. Good Luck

Do you use a humidifier in your room when you sleep? I used to suffer from nose bleeds for no reason whatsoever. I found that if you use a humidifier at night it might help with the dryness.
As you'll probably be getting a whole bunch of this: GO SEE A DOCTOR. I won't offer that as advice (hehe).
Try using a little triple antibiotic ointment on your nostrils before bed and don't get up sooo fast cuz that sometimes adds to the headaches.
Get some doctor advice and do what he says if its within normal limits. Remember even after you've seen a doctor, you can always get a second opinion if its anything your not completely 100% sure of!
............think about it...........

Do you notice if you get the nosebleeds in dry air? That's what happened to me. I got a cheap humidifier and it helped a lot. As for the headaches, I have no idea. Good luck though.

Go get your blood pressure checked. Sounds to me like high blood pressure, you will probably be put on some medication, this will help. Do you also hear your heart pounding in your ears, or your hands and feet swell?

With those two symptoms, the first thing you need to do is go have your blood pressure checked.
