No, definetly not, raw chicken is bad for animals just as it is for humans.

not really. 2 main reasons:

1. he's living in your house, which means, you really don't want a source of salmonella running around the place. while ferrets are carnivores and can digest meat just fine, eating raw chicken has the potential to introduce plenty of undesirable bacteria into his g.i. tract. even if it doesn't make him sick, cleaning out his litterbox or picking him up and playing with him can make YOU sick.

2. far more importantly, raw or cooked chicken alone is NOT a nutritionally adequate diet for any animal. many a "pet" lion or tiger has died from metabolic bone disease when their owners thought that these predators should eat only chicken breasts or steaks or raw hamburger.

a good quality ferret chow, like marshall's, will prevent both of these issues.

I think it is ok if they will eat it. There's always the concern about bacteria and making them sick so you'd only want to feed them fresh and I would wash it well. But why not go ahead and cook it?
If they are young they should be offered a lot of variety because when they are older, they won't try anything they didn't learn to eat when they were young.
Try a web site Ferret Central

I don't see why not. Animals eat raw meat in the wild. I would make sure it doesn't have any bones in it that could choke the ferret. If you are consurned that it will hurt it then just feed it something else. If it does it on its own while you aren't looking, then just make sure its okay. If it gets sick, which I don't see why it would, take it to the vet.

I do NOT recommend it...
This can cause them to start biting. Also, if you do NOT know the nutritional requirements of your ferret, I suggest contacting a vet or looking up a website that contains the information you need to PROPERLY care for your pet....

Why would you even think of such a thing? If it makes humans sick, I would say that it would hurt an animal worse.
