I like the song "The Surfing Bird" and was considering spending Christmas Day running around York wearing bermuda shorts and a summer hat while shouting the lyrics at the top of my voice.
I would be running quite fast and randomly and mostly around the city centre. I would keep up the running and shouting for at least 4 hours or until I collapsed into exhaustion and pass out.
I think it might make a few people's Christmas a bit brighter if I do this and I don't think I will be arrested but there is a chance I might not get home in time for Doctor Who at 7pm.
So should I spend Christmas running around York whooping the lyrics to the Surfing Bird?

It does sound like fun, I must admit. The thing that worries me though is that you may get arrested and taken in for your own safety. In which case, you could well end up missing Doctor Who.

Could you save it for Boxing Day? Don't think there's much on TV then.

We just relax. We wake up like any other day and read the daily text and have breakfast and watch TV. We sometimes go and see my mom and dad but for dinner I might make a chicken with stuffing but that's not to celebrate that's just because I have more time that day. Next day is sometimes shopping or relaxing. We don't get snow out here on Vancouver Island so playing in the snow doesn't always happen. I don't even really think about it being a special day other than no one is working or going to school. I know other times we have taken our vacation but any family we visit don't celebrate Christmas anyway so it's just a visit.

With its considerable parks and fairly equable climate keeping conditions delicate throughout every season, Vancouver is really a heaven and now, you've the opportunity to learn it with hotelbye . Vancouver is has a busy national life. One of the areas worth visited in Vancouver is Granville Island. When primarily commercial, Granville Island is currently a thriving hub of activity with a peaceful and special atmosphere. Musicians and stores have transferred into turned warehouses along with houseboats, theatres, galleries, and restaurants. The Granville Island Public Market is one of the most popular attractions offering fruit and veggies, seafood, and a good variety of different specialties as well as ready-to-eat items. Maybe not really an area, the arts heart is associated with residential places by one street and footbridges to the south, and to the Downtown peninsula (across False Creek) by ferry.

Funny enough, one bitterly cold Christmas Day, I went to see a friend and watch her kids open their pressies - when my friends brother arrived. He was wearing only a pair of boxers, proudly displaying the England flag, and a yellow paper Xmas hat from a cracker.
To my horror - I realised that if that was the body of a 20 year old - (he was in the commando's) I wanted one. He made my Christmas!
Do it Monkey man, but make sure you're back in time to watch Dr Who.

Well I suppose if that's what you really want to do, then go for it, just don't end up so exhausted you miss your dinner or Dr Who.
