Yes, he's right up there with Hitler and Stalin. And he even has his own group of idiots that think he's great for whatever crackpot reasons they have.

The most hated man that is currently alive? Yeah probably, look at Canada, roughly 98% of our population hates him with a firey passion that burns withing the depths of our souls. (We are forgeting of course how small Canada's population is compared to any other inhabited land mass in the world besides antartica of course) He has a knack for pissing off europe, "Freedom fries"? Good god, i think he made the entire world laugh at america with that one, just because france didn't want to go protect american assets in iraq. Pathetic old man. I can't seem to recall the american military doing anything of note that was actually positive since getting the leading the UN peace making force into Korea. I'm not sure how many people remember that war and what it was all about though, North Korea invaded South Korea and the UN moved in to protect them with america at the forefront because america had been the occupying nation and felt obligated to do something or another about it. Anyway, history is boring and even though i could tell you pretty much everything about that war, i'm not going to. If you were to look back to previous american presidents, they have done some really nasty things to the world community *but* they were all very intelligent and either talked america into thinking the same as them, or talked thier way out of it. The current Bush is a dumbass, and has no idea what he is talking about, that man has no diplomatic skill whatsoever, look back at vietnam and look at the war in Iraq, tell me how many similarities you see.
Add "Rich A"'s quite knowledgeable statistics and such to my rant and you should have a pretty good idea of what is going on with him. Look outside of how america sees bush, and you will see just how broad the scope of hate really is.

Unfortunately, yes. He rushed to judgment in Iraq even after the UN had completed their searches for WMD and found nothing. He thumbed his nose at the world regarding an invasion of Iraq, in order to "save itself from itself". He disbanded their armies, leveled their infrastructure, has been a party along with an insurgency that has killed 150,000 civilians, and has contributed to a massive insurgency. 71% of Americans disagree with the way he has handled Iraq. His popularity rating is in the dismal mid-30% range. His coalition of 31 nations has shrunk to 4. He has opened the door to millions and millions of people around the world to not only hate and mistrust him and his intentions, but he has made us weaker because of more outside terrorist threats here and our targets around the world.
Slurpee: Bush did not win the popular vote over Al Gore in the 2000 elections. Technically, he didn't "win" popular support of the public until after 9-11. Well, anyway, he's blown all the good feelings the world had for us then. Look at his approval ratings.
